Bowling Karaoke SuperStar Contest
20th is proud to be a party of one of
the largest and most exciting karaoke competitions in the US!
Preliminary
competitions at will be held each Friday & Saturday night,
starting February 12 and running for the next 10 weeks.
Contestants must register each night by 8:45
pm in order to compete - Competition run from 9pm - Midnight.
Karaoke singers from our area will compete for a trip to the
finals in Las Vegas, NV in June. Weekly winners will
move on to compete in local finals. The winner of the local finals will receive a trip to Las Vegas, including airfare and hotel
accommodations for the finals.
Top winner in Las Vegas receives $5000 and performs prior to the
featured act at Club Xpo. Second place gets $2000 and third gets $1000.
Rules:
All music tracks will be played from a licensed manufacturer
karaoke track CDG only.
Once you have checked in, there will not be any song changes
permitted for that night’s performance. If someone else sings your
song then you just sing it better.
The contestants must be age 21
or older.
There will be no swearing or inappropriate behavior allowed on
stage. Keep performance limited to PG rating (family approved).
Contestants must be present at the time of each night’s
announcement of winners for that evening’s performance. If they
are not, their spot will go to the runner up.
Must be able to go to Las Vegas June 26-29. Semifinals will be
held on Sunday, June 26 with finals on June 27. Winner
of the finals will stay over until June 29 and
performs prior to the featured act at Club Xpo.
Contestants will be judged on three elements:
- Vocal Ability
- Showmanship
- Song Delivery
